How to Cook Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Thursday, May 10th, 2012

Things You’ll Need:

- 1 to 7Lbs Fresh pork chops
- 3 Large juicy lemons
- Salt for taste
-  Black peppercorns (Fine Grinded)

Step1: First go and collect all of the fresh ingredients from a store. DON’T use anything in your cabinets that say lemon pepper that’s the wrong stuff to use here on these pork chops.

Step 2: You will need to lay the pork chops down on a large piece aluminum foil so you dont get anything dirty and to catch the juices. Cut a lemon in half and cover your pork chops with only half a lemon.

Step 3: You now will want to sprinkle lots of fresh grounded pepper all over your pork chops. After the ground pepper sprinkle salt all over your pork chops, turn them over and repeat the process.

Step 4: Place the pork chops in the center on the large aluminum foil and wrap them up, then after that place them in the fridge for marinating let them sit for at least a 1 or 2 hours.

Step 5: Next step you must get your grill out or any heating console, charcoal grills are the best for this type of pork chop recipe. You dont want to put the chops in a raging flame so let it die down a little.

Step 6: You will need to remember to turn your pork chops often, every time you turn your pork chops season them with grounded up pepper. Also dont forget to look for hot spots and put them out with a blast of pure lemon juice.

Step 7: Cook them fast to keep all the delicious juices inside the pork chops. And serve to friends and family.
